Between Knoxville and Nashville and only 0.3 miles off of I40, we are an easy stop for anyone visiting Tennessee or driving through on the main highway. Easy in/easy out for those RVers that just need a place to rest!
During the hours of 8am to 5pm, guests are welcome to pay the Day Use fee of $5/person or $50/month (up to four people and one UTV) to tour the 600 acres and see the scenic views, hike to waterfalls and explore our caves.
Our convenience store in the office offers everything you need to enjoy your stay here. From RV supplies to bug repellent, fire wood, food, beverages, and even a gift shop.
Full service 24 hour laundromat built into the back of our office/store. Just bring some change and detergent ("he" high efficiency detergent only, please!) and relax on the porch reading a book from our trade-out book shelf! If you would like to take a book to keep, please leave one of your own in its place :)
We are now offering UTV rentals to our guests. We have two seaters, a four seater and six seater 2017 Polaris Rangers. Now guests without their own UTVs can easily explore our 8+ miles of UTV trails leading to Vanishing Falls (which has picnic tables and grills available for picnics) and our caves, including everyone's favorite Family Cave.
You can read more about UTV rentals here.
We have over 10+ miles (and are adding much more) of trails open to everyone. Trail riding is open every day from 8am to 5pm. All pricing is currently $5/person/day and $15 to bring your own UTV. You can hike our 1.5 mile Bluff Trail or ride to Vanishing Falls and Family Cave. We have grills and picnic tables by Vanishing Falls for a BBQ as well!
You can view our maps here.
We (will) offer 25Mbps wifi to all guests free of charge. Our 9 wifi towers will blanket the entire campground and will hand you off from one tower to the next seamlessly as you traverse the park. We are looking to include Frontier TV service as well so guests without netflix/hulu accounts can still watch TV.
Our bath house is centrally located between the cabins and tent sites, close to the Rock Pond and playground. It offers a water fountain (bubbler) out front, multiple stalls, double sinks and three showers for each male and female sides. No tokens/limits on hot water usage here!
All our RV sites provide full hookups and septic. WiFi access points are located closer together to allow a stronger signal within the body of the RV. Half the sites are pull-through and half are back-in.
We have four cabin styles; some are more luxurious with a larger yard closer to the Rock Pond, while others are small and located closest to the bath house. All cabins come with a smart LED TV and free WiFi.
Our 30 Basic tent sites include a picnic table and 36" iron fire ring. Most are very well shaded, and only a short walk to either the main trail head or the bath house. All Basic tent sites are covered in our WiFi range. There are three Basic Group sites included in the 30 that exist on the plateau (before the main trail head, can be accessed by vehicle).
All primitive tent sites are large enough for groups and are located below the main trail head. You must either hike or ride a UTV/ATV to these. Primitive sites have no water, electric or WiFi and have limited cell coverage (Verizon is best).
We have approximately 10+ miles (we are constantly adding more, and hope to have over 12 miles total within the year) of hiking and UTV trails beginning from the Main Trailhead. These trails lead to water falls and a cave suitable for groups of 2-6 to explore (bring extra flash lights!).
